Gender 101 Training Tools

The Nordic Center for Gender in Military Operations  within the Swedish Armed Forces International Center in Stockholm is a part of a global network of experts and centers working with gender perspective as a tool to achieve better operational results. The NCGM hosts a Gender Training of the Trainers course that enables trainers to successfully plan and conduct education, training and exercises with an integrated gender perspective within own functional area of expertise. In 2015, WIIS Fellow Ellen Haring was invited to complete the training, and we are offering access to the course materials in an effort to provide leaders in the international security field with the resources needed to help successfully integrate women into operations.
