Marina Kaljurand (née Rajevskaja; born 6 September 1962) is an Estonian politician who served as Minister of Foreign Affairs. She was nominated by the Reform Party, but is independent and has never been affiliated to any political party. Earlier, she served as the Ambassador of Estonia to the United States, Russia, Mexico, Canada, Kazakhstan, and Israel.

Strong professional with a Ph.D. focused in Management and Research.

In conjunction with the US Department of State, WIIS hosted a conference on “Baltic Regional Security Challenges,” in Riga Latvia which brought together 60 representatives from government, business, and NGOs. There were three panels and a roundtable, as well as a keynote address given by Her Excellency Vaira Vike-Freiberga, the President of Latvia on May 15-17.
